Biography
About
Hilary Smith is a language and linguistics teacher and researcher based in Palmerston North, Aotearoa New Zealand. She has also worked in Tonga, Papua New Guinea, the Lao PDR and Indonesia. Her major areas of interest include English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), language attitudes, language in education and settlement, and international development.
